Merchant Ledger by Zunavro
Privacy policy
Effective October 13, 2026
Information we process
Merchant Ledger reads product, variant, inventory, location, order, and reporting information from the Shopify store that installs the app. The app stores Shopify authentication sessions, daily inventory observations needed for reporting, store-level planning settings, and product review acknowledgements.
How information is used
We use this information only to provide inventory valuation, sales, returns, stock movement, sales velocity, product performance, and inventory outlook reports to the installing merchant. We process the minimum data needed for those reports, do not sell merchant or customer information, and do not use it for advertising or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Customer information
The app does not request or persist customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, customer profiles, or customer-level order records. Order line information is processed only to calculate aggregated store, product, and variant reports.
Retention and deletion
Daily inventory observations, planning settings, and product review acknowledgements are retained while the app is installed to support reporting. Authentication sessions are removed when the app is uninstalled. Stored shop observations, planning settings, and product review acknowledgements are deleted when Shopify sends the mandatory shop-redaction request after uninstall. Customer data requests and redaction requests are handled through signed compliance webhooks.
Security
Production traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and the production database is encrypted at rest. Access is authenticated through Shopify, and store data is isolated by Shopify shop identifier.
Your choices
Merchants can uninstall the app from Shopify Admin. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact zzbrgch@gmail.com.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
